This resource includes 26 worksheets, one for each letter of the alphabet to practice copying letters, words, and sentences with proper spacing. Each worksheet includes a corresponding graphic to help students remember the beginning sound of each alphabet letter. 

These worksheets are a great way for students to practice their manuscript writing skills along with working on proper spacing when writing alphabet letters, words that begin with each letter, and sentences that contain the same word. This is my newest handwriting product and each worksheet contains an illustrated sentence (made with my own artwork) to help young students comprehend the sentence they are copying. This resource can be printed in color or black and white, either will look equally good! 

Each worksheet provides practice with:

• Copying an uppercase alphabet letter 
• Copying a lowercase alphabet letter
• Copying a word that begins with each alphabet letter
• Copying a sentence that includes the same word                        

These worksheets can also be added to plastic sleeves or laminated and completed with washable markers to save paper and ink, then added to a writing or literacy center for independent practice. You can also print these worksheets for students to complete for morning work, for homework assignments, or independent work packets. 

The last eleven worksheets are bonus worksheets that can be used for extra practice or as assessments for uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and uppercase and lowercase letters side by side.
